Rider Injury Plan

In the event of injury...

  •  In the event of an injured (downed) rider, all efforts will be made to encourage the rider to get up on their own. If the rider gets themselves up and off the track and appears injured at all, they will be directed  to return to their parents.  The responder and COVID official have the right to deny any potentially injured return access to the  track.

  • If it is clear that a rider needs assistance, a designated responder, with PPE (Glasses, Mask, Gloves), will mask the rider and start assessment for injury.
After normal triage, if it is clear that additional medical attention is necessary, 911 will be called and the track will be closed until the rider is attended to by medical staff.
